    A: The default is 4, but if you need more, you can contact your optimization manager.

  • What is the maximum number of people that DidaAPI can support for searching?

    A: There is no limit on the number of people. The quoted price is the basis. If there is a quoted price returned, it means that the supplier/hotel supports this number of occupants.

  • What is the longest distance that DidaAPI can search for a quote?

    A: 365

  • What is the longest consecutive number of days that DidaAPI can search for a quote?

  • How can I obtain the Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN)?

  • Does the hotel product include a resort fee?

    A: If you need to pay fees upon arrival, Dida has no authority to collect them. Our fees only include room rates. If there are fees to be paid upon arrival, they are subject to the hotel's policy. Some hotels may also send these resort fees to our API interface.

  • During the multi-hotel search stage, if the search occupancy is set to 3 but the maximum and standard occupancy returned by the quote is 2, the customer may wonder if 3 people can still stay.

    A: The field "MaxOccupacy" returned is sometimes inaccurate. so you can ignore this field. You can rest assured that under any circumstances, we will always return room types that match your input criteria.

  • What is StandardOccupancy in PriceSearch?

    A: The StandardOccupancy is 2. But sometimes inaccurate. I suggest you ignore this field. You can rest assured that under any circumstances, we will always return room types that match your input criteria.

  • We have observed that the price_confirm endpoint only accepts one RatePlanID. We would like to inquire whether it is possible to confirm more than one room (rate_id) at the same time and receive a single reference number that encompasses all the confirmed rooms.

    A: Dida API does not support single requests with multiple rooms that are in different room types. In this case, it needs to be different bookings.

  • Does Dida also provide hotel guest reviews?

    A: No, we don't have it, we have hotel descriptions, hotels/rooms facilities and hotel overview etc.

  • Could you share a Price Confirm with Supplement?

    A: At this moment, Dida has only a very limited number of this type of product. We will gradually add more of these products with supplement options.
